At Hewbonn Paper, we believe that philanthropy is not limited to donations or charitable activities. It is a long-term commitment to building inclusive systems that restore dignity, create opportunity, and enable individuals to rebuild their lives through meaningful work. The journey of Wang Haiyong reflects this belief in practice.
In 1999, Wang Haiyong lost his left hand due to illness and became a person with a disability. At the time, persons with disabilities faced significant structural barriers in the labor market, including limited access to vocational training, restricted employment opportunities, and a lack of inclusive workplace pathways. These challenges made long-term employment and professional development extremely difficult for many individuals in similar situations.
Against this background, Hewbonn Paper launched a free vocational education and employment support program for unemployed youth and persons with disabilities. The program was designed to provide structured skills training, hands-on work experience, and clear pathways toward sustainable employment and social integration. Through this initiative, Wang Haiyong was given the opportunity to enter a structured learning and working environment, marking the beginning of his career development within the company.
He started his career in the sales department, where he demonstrated strong responsibility, reliability, and the ability to build trust with both customers and colleagues. His learning ability and adaptability allowed him to gradually grow within the organization, and he was later transferred to the finance department, where he systematically developed knowledge in accounting and financial management through hands-on practice.

(When production is at its peak in the factory, he also personally goes to the production floor to take part in manufacturing, packing, and container loading operations. )
As Hewbonn expanded its operations, he further took on responsibilities in production and factory operations. This stage of his career allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the full manufacturing system, from production processes to on-site execution and operational coordination.
Through continuous learning and practical experience, Wang Haiyong gradually built cross-functional expertise spanning sales, finance, and production management. His discipline, consistency, and strong sense of responsibility enabled him to grow steadily within the organization and take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.

Today, Wang Haiyong serves as Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing factory operations, production efficiency, and quality management, ensuring the stable and effective functioning of the entire manufacturing system.
His journey demonstrates the long-term impact of inclusive employment systems. When companies invest in skills development and provide equal opportunities, individuals facing structural barriers are able to rebuild their careers, achieve sustainable professional growth, and contribute meaningfully to both organizations and society.
At Hewbonn Paper, this belief continues to guide our approach to people, production, and long-term development. We are committed not only to providing professional tissue paper manufacturing solutions to global customers, but also to advancing environmental protection and social responsibility. Through more sustainable production practices, improved resource efficiency, and active participation in social welfare initiatives, we continuously translate our value of “creating benefit for society” into concrete actions across every aspect of our operations.
